I wasn’t a fan of Weezer and didn’t know of him at all, other than the one day I was walking by the Flynn Theater in Burlington, VT and I saw this art in the windows. I went in, because that’s what good art does and I bought this original on cardboard. It makes me uncomfortable and gives me also a deep sense of humor. The title of the piece is “Sumner Burned The Pancakes Again” and I can never remember “Sumner’s” name. I think it’s particularly suited for this time in history. Mikey killed himself in 2011.
